The judges seem to have chosen Skyla this evening, but I'm still sticking with Joshua Ledet! Who do you like this year?
See Joshua here: Sorry I can't get the link to work, but you can copy and paste this in your search bar.

I'm going to share more photos with you. Not really any great hooking projects to show. (I'm working on an original, but want to wait 'til it's finished to show)
Our living room Was all white slipcovers and very calming. Well after lying on the couch for four months looking at those four walls over and over I couldn't wait to bring some COLOR back into my home!
Before...
After...
The same slipcover. I just had her do one side white and the other this funky red print. (When we bought our sofa it comes as a slipcovered piece. You have to choose a cover for it~it's naked! So I chose white, but then the salesman said the slipcovers were on sale 50% off, so I got a red one too!) I bought the sofa before having this settee covered.
Out with the old
And in with the new
Isn't this a lovely rug? I picked it up at an antique shop here in town. My colors are red, white and black but this was too cute to pass up! And for $25.00!!!
Tammy came over to see my redecorating and sat on the couch. She looked down and said, "I made that rug"!!!!!!!!!!! She sold it to a lady next door to Simply Fibers. We laughed and laughed. WHAT a coincidence. I told her Mickey and I were admiring the beautiful workmanship and wondered who in the world would sell such a piece for $25.00? I even asked the salesclerk if this was the right price. It was kind of wadded up and stuck under a table. But all I saw was that it was red and it was hand hooked!! I told Tammy I knew I had good taste!!
I spent the Whole day gardening today. I'm so afraid I won't be able to get out of bed tomorrow. On the days I feel good I always overdo it and then pay for it the next day. But it's worth it to me! I will never learn to pace myself. Not in my vocabulary.
Hope you had a great Wednesday,
Peace,
Sheri
