Trouble with the men in my life!

Yes, I’ve got big trouble at home. It seems that Jimmie Dean does not want Mickey to kiss me any more! Nor does he want him to sit by me!!!

Last night Mickey bent down to kiss me goodnight and Jimmie went Crazy! Growling, snapping and spinning in circles! No Kissing His Mommy, it seems. So at lunch today we thought we’d try it again. Sure enough, no kissing. He even bared his teeth this time when he growled at Mickey. Not good…

My main man

My Mickey cropped

My little dog faced boy

They’re both so cute, aren’t they? Well I never thought I’d have to choose. We worked and worked on the kissing and sitting close! (Quite a nice lunch hour, I might add) But…

I ended up scratching Mickey on the neck by his ear and kissing Jimmie Dean on the mouth! Not Kidding!

I guess I could have worse problems.

Thanks for all of the lovely comments on my 100th post. It’s almost drawing time! My sister is having us over for dinner in the evening on Father’s Day and I’ll have my dad draw the number then! I’ll let you know first thing Monday morning.

Peace,

Sheri

Hi Sheri,
Very cute story. Still laughing!! It seems like the smaller the dog, the more they think they are actually human. My little one will actually pull at the clothes of company if they dare to sit in HER seat on the sofa until they move!

Oh Sheri - that is so funny - well not funny for Mickey I suppose or you! Hope Jimmie Dean learns there is enough loving for both his Mom and DAd!

Great story. Ours won't let anyone else sit in Freddies recliner, he barks till they move.
Congratulations on your 100th post
Love knowing what is going on down in your neck of the woods.

That is too precious Sheri ~ doesn't it feel good to have two guys fighting over time with you? I remember 4 yr. old Jaclyn telling my mom, "don't be kissing on my daddy ~ his name is John." LOL like that would do it! Your pictures of your "little" 4 legged man are adorable!

Thanks for bring a smile to me this morning! Blessings, Katie

I don't know how you're ever going to handle this problem, Sheri. A cute story but a problem you're going to have to nip in the bud before it becomes a huge issue. I hope Jimmy Dean can learn that Dad is the Alpha person in his life, along with you.
